1) (Commercial Maintenance Foreman)
Support our growing commercial maintenance division. This is a leadership role for a motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in quality work and leading a crew in the field.
This position is hands-on and physically demanding. The ideal candidate has strong drive, persistence, and the ability to adapt to changing weather, schedules, and job conditions while keeping their crew productive and safe.
Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Owner
* Lead and supervise a commercial maintenance crew
* Ensure crew safety, training, and mentoring
* Provide feedback on employee performance
* Perform commercial grounds maintenance, including:
- Mowing using commercial zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
- Trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, sidewalks, and buildings
-Weeding and mulching landscape beds
-Trimming shrubs, hedges, and small trees
-Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged vegetation
-Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
* Assist with general hardscape installation and maintenance
* Assist with snow removal operations during winter events
* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of crew equipment and vehicles
* Complete required job site and company paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license (required)
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
* Ability to endure repetitive bending, twisting, and physical labor
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a crew
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Lawn and landscape maintenance experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour ($40,800 – $47,500 annually)
Salary option available for qualified candidates
Seasonal 30–40 hours per week, with overtime during peak season
* Annual hourly rate increases
* Overtime pay

* Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 40 hours per year (1–3 years of employment)
- 80 hours per year (4+ years of employment)

2) (Landscape Maintenance Technician)
Our team is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial lawns. This role will also help with our hardscaping and construction projects as needed.
This role requires lots of drive and persistence. Your day-to-day work will be physically challenging, and you’ll need to adapt to unexpected changes in working conditions.
Responsibilities:
*Listen and follow directions from crew foreman and or crew leader.
* Assist with snow removal operations.
* Performs grounds maintenance by mowing commercial and residential lawns using commercial grade zero-turn and walk behind mowers.
* Trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildings.
* Assist in maintaining equipment and vehicles.
* Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
* Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs.
* Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
* Planting shrubs, flowers and trees.
* Perform general hardscape installation and maintenance.
* Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and transport vehicles.
Qualifications:
* Possess a driver’s license (able to obtain within 90 days of employment).
* Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.
* Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs.
* Able to work in all weather conditions.
* Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Experience in lawn maintenance is a plus (not required, will train).
Job Benefits
* Annual hourly rate increase.
* Seasonal 30-40 hours per week with overtime in peak season.
* $18.00 - $20.00 + per hour ($32,680 - $36,200).
* 40 hours PTO (Year 1-4).
